About the Role
We’re looking for a Host Fleet Manager to drive the growth and success of Drivana’s host community. —help us onboard and empower fleet owners to turn their vehicles into profit machines while ensuring a top-notch experience for both hosts and vehicle renters.

The Fleet Manager will play a critical role in expanding and managing Drivana’s network of hosts and rental companies. We are looking for someone who can rapidly onboard new hosts and vehicles to the Drivana platform. Drivana Hosts are personal car and fleet owners (5-20 vehicles).
This position is responsible for onboarding and training new hosts, building strong relationships with existing ones, creating educational resources to enhance host performance, and ensuring all hosts adhere to Drivana's quality standards. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships in the formal and informal car rental industry of Mexico (for example, vehicle fleet owners that rent their cars to Uber, Didi, and InDrive drivers). Further, the ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding vehicle partners at other mobility platforms, ride-sharing, or vehicle financing companies for platforms.
In addition to a generous base salary, there is an aggressive bonus scheme for each successful host they onboard and activate to the Drivana platform.
